How have you started to focus on your mental and physical health? Has it become a top priority for you, or are you still struggling with putting yourself first?

I do a lot of walking and biking on a daily basis, but find myself putting off the gym because of a busy schedule or just apathy. I think I'd like to focus more on mental health and start making meditation, or positive psychology, a part of my daily routine...
